About Bryce

My family :)

Welcome to the "About Me" page. So a few years ago I was working on a commercial deal in Ogden and someone snapped a photo of me while we were discussing the deal. For some reason my wife likes the photo. I think it's probably because it looks like my hair is a little thicker than normal ...LOL. She claims that's not why....who really knows.

Well about me, does anyone really like writing about themselves, because I know I don't. One thing I do like however is life, and everything that comes with it. Having a home,or a place to call home, is essential to enjoyment and personal fulfillment.

That's why I love my job, I get to help people through their pathway of life. I am lucky enough to be in an industry that does exactly that. Nothing makes me happier than getting a phone call from a client telling me how much they love their home, and that they want me to come see it because it's all decorated now.

Having a place to call home is a desire that crosses the entire globe. What person does not want a home? That's why I love it! When I get someone into a home, I am not just helping them find shelter. I am helping them create memories that will last for life! They say home is where the heart is. It's also a memory building scrapbook that will be forged into your mind and helps shape who you are as a person.

That's why it's important to get the right Realtor that cares about your needs. If you want a guy that sells 2,000 homes a year, I'm not the guy for you. There is no way a Realtor can give you the personal attention you need when they're listing that many homes. I don't want to sound my own horn, but I have been recognized for my fair share of awards. From a top selling agent, to Power Couple of the month. None of this matters to me. What does matter is customer service and personal care of my clients.

You might say why do I even need a Realtor? There are so many things to worry about when moving, like the fact that you have to move everything you own to a new location. Not to mention school and bus schedules, cleaning and packing, and all the other stresses that come with moving. Do you really want to worry about home values, proper comps, negotiation of contracts, mold, meth, title insurance, CC&R contracts, transfer of title, does the seller even have the right to sell the home? I've ran into that before. Also the negotiation of personal property in the home, loan qualification, home warranties, home inspections, proper home disclosures in the sale. Oh and don't forget this: the proper steps you can take to avoid lawsuits when selling your home.

Wow...are we having fun yet? Do you really want to keep on top of this all by yourself? That's where I can help. I have over 16 years as a Realtor. I may not have all the answers, but I have seen a lot of things happen when selling a home. Enough to know you are increasing your risk of potential problems when you sell or buy on your own. I love to help, so contact me today and lets make a move!

P.S. My wife said I forgot to tell everyone about myself, so here it is. I went to school locally, went to college at Weber State University. I have 3 little girls. We love to be outdoors as a family, fishing, camping, bike riding, horses, four wheeling, oh yes and we love the beach. I am an Eagle Scout and I served a 2 year mission for my church. I think that pretty much sums it up. :)
